About the Toby Fund
The Toby Fund of Wolf Creek, Oregon, INC was founded in 2000 by Kathy Oxendine. Kathy had a passion for animal welfare and a connection to her small community of Wolf Creek. With the help of generous donors, Kathy grew the Toby Fund into what it is today: a beacon of hope for those in need.
The mission of the Toby Fund is to create communities of compassion for animals in Southern Oregon's rural areas. Since 2000, the Toby Fund has helped over 4,000 animals and countless people.
What We Do
By sponsoring veterinary care for pets in need, the Toby Fund promotes animal welfare in our most underserved communities--one pet at a time.
Our Stand By Me donors support veterinary care for animals with severe illnesses or injuries. These animals would not receive veterinary care without us.
Who We Are
We are a 501(c) 3 organization that is funded by donations. We are volunteers who carry on the passion of our founder.
With a focus on keeping families together and responsible pet ownership, we aim to educate people to help influence generations of animals yet to come.
